Cancellation and Refund Policy

MINEXPLORE IT CONSULTING PRIVATE LIMITED believes in ensuring customer satisfaction and strives to provide a hassle-free experience with our products and services. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our practices regarding refunds and cancellations:

Cancellations:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2 DAYS of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

We regret to inform you that MINEXPLORE IT CONSULTING PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.

In the event of receiving damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team within 2 days of receipt of the products. The request will be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at their end.

Refunds:

If you believe that the product received is not as described on the site or does not meet your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 days of receiving the product. Our Customer Service Team will investigate your complaint and take appropriate action.

In case of refunds approved by MINEXPLORE IT CONSULTING PRIVATE LIMITED, it may take 7 working days for the refund to be processed and credited to the customer’s bank account.

Note:

Refunds will be processed for eligible cancellations or returns as per our policy.
Refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment used during the transaction.
Any complaint regarding products with a warranty from manufacturers should be referred directly to them.
