A passionate mining entrepreneur, Jayendra Rathore started his journey with SGX Minerals in Pisagan, later expanding into marble quarries in Sawar Kekri, Neem Ka Thana, Makreda, Borada, and Chittorgarh. He successfully scaled operations and later took on a masonry mining contract with GBCL in Narnaul, achieving break-even in just 75 days. In 2019, he ventured into infrastructure projects, partnering with KCC Nagpur for the IRCON Toll Project in Bikaner-Phalodi.
Alongside his achievements in stone mining, Jayendra has extensive experience in the mineral industry, managing the sourcing and processing of quartz lumps, soda, red ochre, and laterite. His expertise in mineral extraction, logistics, and supply chain management has contributed to the company’s expansion into diversified mining operations. Since 2011, he has been focused on quarries and mineral operations, which is driving Mine Movers to new heights in the industry.
A strategic leader with a strong financial and operational background, Ravindra Shekhawat brings extensive expertise in corporate finance and business management. Holding a Master’s degree in Finance and Company Law from the University of Technology, Sydney, he has built a diverse career spanning banking, manufacturing, and global trade. He has worked with Commonwealth Bank, Sydney, and HSBC Bank, India, gaining deep insights into international finance and corporate strategy.
In addition to his experience in the financial sector, Ravindra has successfully led garment export manufacturing and production operations, showcasing his versatility in managing large-scale industries. As COO of Mine Movers, he plays a critical role in optimizing operations, financial planning, and strategic expansion, ensuring the company continues to thrive as a leader in the stone industry.
